Electro Mechanical Services
From Concept to Commissioning
Delivering seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for efficient, high-performance infrastructure.
Complete MEP services under one roof — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection — all executed with authority approvals, precise coordination, and total system integration.
Overview:
As a certified MEP contractor, we offer complete electro-mechanical services including HVAC systems, fire-fighting systems, plumbing, drainage, and comprehensive electrical infrastructure. From concept to commissioning, our engineers design systems based on NEC, NFPA, and British Standards while ensuring coordination between all mechanical and electrical components. We prepare and validate load schedules, single-line diagrams (SLDs), ducting and piping layouts, pump head calculations, fire-fighting network coverage, and ensure full compliance with DEWA, SEWA, and Civil Defense requirements.
We also take responsibility for coordination with consultants, contractors, and authorities to obtain all necessary approvals. Our site teams execute works in line with approved shop drawings and method statements. Quality assurance is maintained through daily inspections, third-party testing, and commissioning documentation. Whether it’s a multi-story commercial complex or a fit-out project, we deliver integrated MEP systems that ensure safety, energy efficiency, and uninterrupted operation throughout the building’s lifecycle.
Services Include:
We offer integrated HVAC, electrical, and plumbing layout plans for all building types.
We supply, install, and test main distribution boards (MDB), SMDBs, and control panels.
Design and install fire suppression systems in compliance with NFPA and civil defense codes.
Installation of water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, and accessories.
We handle DEWA/SEWA/Nakheel approval documentation and inspection scheduling.
Our Process:
All drawings and equipment specs are shared for review and sign-off.
We align MEP drawings with architectural and structural plans.
Procurement and installation follow a phased timeline.
Fire system flow testing, panel load tests, and duct balancing are conducted.
We provide complete documentation and drawings at project closeout.
