Overview:
We design and implement central water cooling systems for high-capacity environments such as commercial towers, malls, data centers, and manufacturing plants. These systems typically include water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, primary/secondary pump arrangements, and thermally insulated chilled water piping. Our engineering team performs detailed load assessments, chilled water tonnage calculations, flow rate analysis, and pump head loss estimations in line with ASHRAE and IGBC standards. We work with materials such as GI, HDPE, and PPR based on system design and application requirements.
Control logic for the central chilled water systems is developed with variable flow principles, incorporating differential pressure sensors, 2-way/3-way valves, and energy-efficient VFD-controlled pumps. Each installation is integrated with Building Management Systems (BMS) to provide centralized monitoring, automated fault alerts, and operational analytics. We ensure that flushing, pressure testing, chemical dosing, insulation, and commissioning are carried out with precision to maintain long-term system integrity, thermal performance, and water quality.
